People rarely scroll through everything you have. They arrive with a place, a budget and a number of bedrooms in mind. Put a search box on the page they land on and they reach the right properties in one step -- the rest of your catalogue never gets in their way.
A quick search bar
The compact version at the top of this page asks for a location and the essentials only. It fits above the fold on a home page or a campaign page, where a long form would send people straight back to the portals. Every option is counted from your live listings, so nobody picks a filter that returns an empty page.
The full search panel
Where visitors expect to work a little harder, the full panel opens up country, region, city, street and postcode alongside bedrooms, bathrooms, category, type and a price range. Whatever they choose is carried straight through to the results, already filtered.
Let visitors save a search
A registered visitor can keep the filters they used and come back to whatever is new since. It costs you nothing to offer and it brings people back to your own site instead of to the portal you pay for every lead.
